so far today I have had water, and a south beach meal bar. it’s weird how when i actually get reeeeally hungry, i don’t want to eat. it’s nothing to do with liking feeling hungry, it’s just that when i am hungry, my stomach hurts…so i don’t want to eat feeling queazy. ugh.
i really want to lose like close to 10 pounds (of which i know will be water weight, because i’m wanting to get rid of bloating) before Saturday, which is the day i go to Beaufort with my girlfriends to see dierks bentley. super excited!
sooo, today:
1 south beach meal bar
1 chicken breast plus brown rice and green beans
and maybe another chicken breast tonight when i get in from work.
also i have tons of exams coming up, so the stress diet will soon ensue. i lose my appetite when i get stressed.
(i know this isn’t enough food, so don’t lecture me)
it’s really now about eating healthy, and not force feeding myself when im not hungry just because someone says eating 6 times a day will speed up your metabolism which i think is bullshit.
anywhooo, off to write the first of this week’s many papers.
ahahahahaa!
